Who is Eligible for the C2C Program?

The C2C program serves adult learners who fit the following criteria: 

• Student has at least 12 college credits. 
• Student has not attended a community college or university in the past 24 months (based on last date of attendance). 
• Students does not already have an associate's* or bachelor's degree.  *If you have an associate degree and are pursuing the University Studies bachelor's degree, you may be able to participate in C2C if you have 90 or more credits. 
• Student is 21 years old or older.
