Who is Eligible for the C2C Grant?

C2C program participants who meet the following criteria may qualify for the C2C Grant. 

• Student is a C2C program participant. 
• Student is between the ages of 21-59. 
• Student is a parent of a dependent child(ren). 
• Student has a household income not exceeding 200% of the federal poverty level guidelines.
